Founding beta
Founding Beta Participation Terms
Founder-prepared beta terms, version BETA-2. Effective August 11, 2026.
Purpose and eligibility
The founding beta allows invited aviation operators to evaluate pre-release software, identify defects, and decide whether Skyvon may fit their operation. Participants must be United States aviation businesses or authorized representatives, identify an accountable administrator, use individual accounts, and have authority to provide information placed in Skyvon. Accounts for minors are not permitted during this beta.
Complimentary access
Accepted operators receive twelve months of complimentary access beginning on the activation date stated in their acceptance notice. This access supports product evaluation. No public review, endorsement, referral, social post, testimonial, or favorable feedback is required. There is no automatic paid renewal.
Phased operational onboarding
Participants may begin with a limited set of real operational data. Skyvon and the operator will first verify organization separation, administrator access, role permissions, synchronization, continuity procedures, and supported exports for the selected workflow. Additional departments, integrations, and higher-impact workflows will be enabled in stages after the preceding scope is confirmed. The operator remains responsible for its official source of record and for independently verifying operational decisions and required records.
Accounts and security
Participants must protect credentials and authentication devices, avoid shared accounts, assign the least access required, remove access promptly when personnel leave, and report suspected compromise or unintended disclosure. Credentials, payment-card data, government identification, medical information, and unnecessary sensitive data must not be placed in free-text fields, uploads, feedback, or screenshots.
Data and service providers
The participant retains its rights in submitted data. Skyvon may process that data to provide, secure, support, test, and improve the service, comply with law, and enforce these terms, subject to the Privacy Policy. Skyvon uses service providers for hosting, database and file storage, malware scanning, error monitoring, transactional email, and Apple TestFlight distribution.
Availability, feedback, and support
The beta may change, experience interruptions, contain incomplete features, or produce unexpected results. It has no guaranteed uptime, service level, response time, or around-the-clock support. Feedback is voluntary and may be sent to support@skyvonaviation.com without credentials or sensitive operational records.
Leaving the beta
Either party may end participation by written notice. Skyvon may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful use, risk to another customer, or unsafe use. On exit, Skyvon will provide its supported export and retrieval process. Retention, legal-hold, security, and deletion requirements may continue to apply.
Acceptance
Access is invitation-only. Before activation, Skyvon records the operator's legal name, authorized representative, document versions accepted, acceptance timestamp, complimentary-access dates, included features and limits, and designated administrator. Applying through the website does not itself accept these terms or guarantee participation.
These terms supplement the Privacy Policy, Website Terms, and Aviation Responsibility Notice. Questions may be sent to support@skyvonaviation.com.
